Before establishing Ragnarok Consulting Services in 2014, Raphael L. Padro, Jr. worked in the code consultation and expediting industry for more than 15 years. As Senior Project Manager and eventual Partner at J&R Consultants, his specialties included Certificate of Occupancy acquisitions and close-outs.

A graduate of Hunter College, Raphael oversees the day to day operations of Ragnarok Consulting Services. Driven by client satisfactory, a respect of the community, and an acute understanding of the bottom line, he has helped lead Ragnarok Consulting Services into a growing force in honesty, professionalism, and reliability in the code consultation and expediting industry of New York City.
